Lithology/Mineralogy: igneous (extrusive/volcanic), basalt
Comments: 1 bucket: RD65-1 - one 15x15x5 cm piece grey basalt. RD65-2 - one 15x15x30 cm piece breccia. Clasts are basalt altered to red/brown and pieces of basalt breccia with a hard, possibly phosphatized matrix. Matrix cementing the large clasts is a sandy foraminiferal (planktonic) limestone.
