This directory contains two subdirectories:
\avhrrcli   This contains the headline data for this CD-ROM, the
            monthly climatological derivations from NOAA's AVHRR
            sensor.
\vector     This contains vector coastlines and other vector data,
            in GRASS and IDRISI formats.  The IDRISI-formateed data
            are in a relatively simple ASCII format, amenable for
            conversion to other systems that handle vector GIS data.
