Marine Seismic Reflection

Multichannel Common Depth Point (CDP) Data
Cook Inlet, Alaska

data

As part of a program by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), a number of multichannel common depth point (CDP) seismic reflection lines were collected from the Alaskan coastal areas. The CDP lines were recorded by Western Geophysical, Inc., in July 1975 and processed by Petty-Ray, Inc., in September 1975. Scanned images of the amplitude recovery processed sections are available online. The scale is 2.5 in/sec and 25.0 tr/in with shot point spacing at 33.5 meters. All of the lines include 36-fold summation.
